At least 8 years in sales with at least 3 years as Manager, with a proven track record in leadership roles. Experience in

Job responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
To run the Corporate Sales Business for the pan India that facilitate deep Client Relationships, sustain growth and higher profitability.
Own the Sales Targets.
Identify, Engage and Tie-up with Partners to grow the sales of the company's products in the assigned territory.
Establish strong, productive, and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Devising new and creative strategies to achieve Sales Targets.
Develop, maintain and improve relationships with Key Accounts and the Team Portfolio
Prepare the Business Reports in sync with Management ask and reporting frequency
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Establish strong, productive, and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Demonstrate a commitment to professional and self-development
