Position: Regional Sales Manager

Experience Required: 6-10 years in Home Loan / Mortgage Loan Sales

CTC Structure: Variable (Target ratio approx. 1.5x)

Roles & Responsibilities:



Manage and lead the sales team within the assigned region to achieve business targets. Drive Home Loan and Mortgage Loan sales through effective planning and execution. Develop regional growth strategies to increase revenue and market share. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of the team. Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives, team leaders, and channel partners. Maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and financial advisors. Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and documentation standards. Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely insights to management. Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing. Achieve productivity goals and ensure quality sourcing across the region.
