Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Formulate and implement regional sales strategies that are in accordance with the overarching business objectives.
Manage and expand the network of stores and distributors in both urban and rural areas.
Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Officers.
Achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Regularly visit the market to monitor the performance of your products, the actions of your competitors, and the feedback of your customers. Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure that promotions are effective and that products are accessible.
Analyze sales data and compile accomplishment reports for the executive team.
