Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Team Lead / Sales Manager

to head our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will manage, motivate, and guide a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, while ensuring excellent client service and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Generate leads through various marketing and networking channels. Handle client inquiries, property showings, and negotiations. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and present performance updates to management. Ensure the team follows company policies and sales processes.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in

real estate sales

or property management. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
