Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading and managing the sales operations within a specific geographical region. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives or area sales managers, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and growth targets. The RSM acts as a bridge between the company's headquarters and the regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement regional sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives. Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the region. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends. Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews. Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and brand standards. Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel for optimal performance.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
