Mission
Build SolarX's first large-scale sales team -- hire, train, and lead 15-20 BDEs in the next 3-6 months while personally closing 2-3 deals/month yourself.
You are both a
sales executor
and a
sales multiplier.
Responsibilities
Recruit & Train
Source and onboard 10-15 BDEs within 90 days.
Run 2-day field & script training sessions weekly.
Create a simple onboarding kit: pitch deck, objection sheet, and WhatsApp follow-up templates.
Drive Sales
Personally close at least 2-3 installations/month.
Ensure each BDE hits 1 sale/month minimum by Month 2.
Track performance daily -- site visits, calls, leads, closures.
Enforce Process
Maintain CRM discipline -- no lead untracked, no follow-up missed.
Standardize door-to-door and referral-based approaches.
Provide daily reports on leads, conversions, and revenue.
Collaborate with Founder
Work directly with Founder on:
Channel partner program (electricians, insurance agents, builders).
Social media + inbound lead generation.
Give ground feedback to improve lead quality and script effectiveness.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
