Key Responsibilities:
Develop, appoint, and manage
stockists/distributors
for the pharmaceutical
generic range
independently.
Achieve regional sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
Drive effective market penetration and brand visibility in trade and generic segments.
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Monitor field performance, secondary sales, and market trends.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Science or Pharmacy preferred.
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
in
pharma generic / trade segment
, with at least
2 years in a managerial capacity.
Proven ability to
develop a distributor network
independently.
Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
Good understanding of Southern India pharmaceutical market.
