Automotive OEMs, Auto Component suppliers, Engineering industries, and Machine manufacturing units

Promote and sell
automation solutions, heavy machinery, conveyors, and conveyor spares
.
Build strong relationships with industrial clients, OEMs, and distributors.
Manage the complete sales cycle--from enquiry, technical proposal, negotiation, to closure.
Identify new opportunities in the
Automotive, Auto Components, Engineering & Capital Machinery
markets.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
Coordinate with internal engineering, service, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Represent Effica at industrial expos, client meetings, and trade events.
Requirements:
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in:
Industrial Automation
Heavy Machinery / Capital Equipment
Automotive OEM or Auto Components sales
Conveyor or material handling equipment sales
Strong client network in
Bengaluru, Coimbatore, and Madurai
.
Engineering qualification preferred (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical sales skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the region.
