Job Description

A diamond jewelry sales manager is responsible to achieve revenue targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment. Key duties include overseeing inventory, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring he is updated on diamond jewelry products.

Responsibilities:

Sales and strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Team leadership:

Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.

Customer relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handle complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Store operations:

Manage daily operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.

Performance analysis:

Prepare sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and monitor the store's financial performance.

Product expertise:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of diamond jewelry products, pricing, trends, and certifications to effectively assist customers and guide the sales team.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience in luxury retail sales management, with a strong background in diamond jewelry sales highly desired.

Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and sales skills are also crucial.

Knowledge:

Proficiency with CRM systems, inventory management principles, etc.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Other:

Ability to work flexible hours and a willingness to travel for events or exhibitions.
