We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
to oversee sales operations within a defined geographic area. The RSM will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading a team of sales representatives, achieving regional sales targets, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
Lead, train, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and/or sales representatives.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective customer engagement.
Ensure timely and accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and budget management for the region.
Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings to support the sales team and maintain client relationships.
Manage channel partners and distributors (if applicable) to optimize regional performance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical practices.
