Job Overview:



We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Regional Sales Manager

to drive revenue growth in

Chennai and Bangalore

regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Generating sales and expanding our market presence in the assigned region.

Building and nurturing strong client relationships.

Meeting with

architects, builders, contractors, industries, IT/ITES companies, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions

, and more.

Presenting, promoting, and selling our product range effectively.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports

Coordinate with internal teams

Understanding customer needs and providing product knowledge accordingly.

Represent our steel door product range with strong product knowledge

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

4+ years of experience in

product sales

/

business development

, preferably in B2B.

Previous sales experience in selling products like

building materials, architectural products, fire safety products, Door and windows

etc., is a must

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Travel extensively to generate leads and close deals.

Own vehicle and valid driving license - Mandatory.



Language Proficiency:

English

and Local Language

Self Motivated and High Performance Individual

Key Responsibilities:



Drive B2B sales in the assigned region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Builders, contractors, and corporate clients.

Promote and present products with complete technical knowledge.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.

Travel extensively within the assigned region.

Collaborate with internal teams and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Daily reporting to the assigned manager is mandatory



Must consistently achieve monthly and regional sales targets
