Responsible for managing sales activities across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
Develop and execute regional strategies to drive sales growth and market expansion.
Monitor and ensure achievement of individual and team targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Team Management & Recruitment
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) across all three states.
Provide regular performance reviews, coaching, and support to the sales team.
Foster strong internal communication, motivation, and alignment towards business goals.
Dealer Development
Identify and onboard potential dealers and distributors in target territories.
Build and maintain strong dealer relationships to ensure consistent business growth.
Conduct regular market visits and dealer meets for market feedback and engagement.
Sales Planning & Reporting
Prepare and implement monthly and quarterly sales plans and forecasts.
Track sales performance using CRM tools and submit periodic performance reports to management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and market trends in the solar/electrical product space.
Product & Industry Expertise
Candidates with experience in solar product sales will be given preference.
Additional experience in electrical or high-value industrial product sales is an added advantage.
Educate the sales team and dealers on product features, pricing, and competitive positioning.
Language & Communication
Must be fluent in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and English.
Hindi knowledge is an added advantage for interstate coordination and dealer communication.
Other Terms
Candidates can be from any region, but must be willing to relocate to Coimbatore HQ.
Accommodation and food will be self-managed by the candidate; not under company scope.
Must be willing to travel frequently for regional market visits and dealer management.
