Position: Regional Sales Manager - Consumer Loans

5-8 years in sales leadership, preferably in Consumer durable Loans / Offerdable LAP & Hl / Gold Loan

A. Key Responsibilities



Drive

sales performance and revenue growth

across all branches in the assigned region. Lead a team of

Area Sales Managers, Branch Managers, and Sales Executives

to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure

expansion of active branches

and penetration into new markets. Monitor branch-level KPIs including

loan disbursal volumes, productivity, and customer acquisition

. Build and maintain strong relationships with

channel partners, DSA networks, and key customers

. Conduct regular

field visits and performance reviews

to guide and motivate the sales team. Implement and monitor

sales strategies

, promotions, and region-specific campaigns. Ensure

regulatory and operational compliance

across the region. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Collections, Credit, Product, Marketing) for smooth business operations.

C. Desired Profile



Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in financial services or insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role. Strong understanding of

consumer finance products

, market dynamics, and customer behavior. Demonstrated ability to

lead field teams

, manage targets, and deliver consistent growth. Proficient in

sales planning, forecasting, and MIS reporting

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Willingness to

travel extensively

within the assigned region.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
