Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute

sales strategies

to achieve regional sales targets. Generate and convert

leads from corporate, institutional, and retail clients

. Build and maintain strong

relationships with customers and channel partners

. Coordinate with internal teams for

quotations,and client follow-ups

. Identify and develop

new business opportunities

in and around Thanjavur. Monitor competitor activities and prepare

market intelligence reports

. Ensure timely reporting of sales data and customer feedback to management. Conduct periodic

training, reviews, and motivation sessions

for the sales team.

Required Skills



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil & English). Strong background in

IT hardware, software, or CCTV product sales

. Ability to

lead, motivate, and drive a sales team

toward goals. Good analytical and negotiation skills. Local market knowledge in

Thanjavur and surrounding districts

is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
