Lead & mentor ASMs / Sales Executives / BDMs in the South region
Define KPIs, monitor productivity & conduct performance reviews
Conduct regular field visits, joint calls & distributor meetings
Organize product training & sales skill development sessions
Key Account & OEM Management
Handle strategic OEMs, large manufacturing units & institutional clients
Support team in high-value negotiations & closures
Coordinate with technical, service & supply chain teams for solution selling
Planning, MIS & Reporting
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets & action plans
Maintain CRM discipline and accurate reporting
Share market intelligence and customer feedback with management & product teams

Strong B2B & channel sales experience in
industrial tools / capital goods
Leadership & people management skills
Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills
Analytical mindset with execution focus
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
