Sales Manager
to drive our regional growth.
Job Summary:
The
Regional Sales Manager - South India
will be responsible for developing and managing sales channels, identifying business opportunities, nurturing relationships with system integrators, architects, builders, and contractors, and ensuring revenue targets are met for the southern region (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana).
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the region.
Identify new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Engage with architects, contractors, builders, system integrators, and OEM partners.
2.
Channel Management
Appoint, onboard, and manage channel partners, dealers, and distributors.
Provide product training and technical support to partners.
Monitor and improve partner performance and ROI.
3.
Key Account Management
Handle large-scale project sales with real estate developers, institutions, and corporates.
Build long-term relationships with key clients and Dealers.
4.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track competitor activity, market pricing, and technology trends.
Provide timely reports, sales forecasts, and updates to senior management.
5.
Team & Coordination
Coordinate with technical, service, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Support technical demos, site visits, and exhibitions as needed.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in Engineering, Electronics, or Business (MBA preferred).
3+ years of experience in B2B / project sales or channel sales in:
Gate Automation
Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control)
Home Automation
Building Materials or Electrical Products
Strong knowledge of South Indian markets and customer profiles.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing projects or channels.
Technical aptitude to understand automation products and integrations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
Existing network of system integrators, architects, and developers in the region.
Experience in handling government or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with product brands like FAAC, NICE, CAME, BFT, or equivalent.
