Build and manage a

of Territory Sales Officers/Executives.
Develop and support a
strong distributor/dealer network
across the assigned region.
Conduct
technical product demonstrations
, trainings, and engagement sessions with doctors, infection control officers, purchase heads, and hospital staff.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through
solution-based selling
and after-sales support.
Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to align on business plans and strategies.
Stay up-to-date with market dynamics, competitor moves, and regulatory trends.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and compliance records.
Experience
:
8-12 years of sales experience, with 3-5 years in a
regional leadership role
Prior experience in
healthcare, disinfectants, infection control
, or
medical consumables
preferred
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing healthcare accounts
