Key Responsibilities



Drive

regional sales

for disinfectants and hygiene products within the

healthcare sector

(hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, nursing homes). Identify and convert

new healthcare institutions

and key accounts. Build and manage a

high-performing sales team

of Territory Sales Officers/Executives. Develop and support a

strong distributor/dealer network

across the assigned region. Conduct

technical product demonstrations

, trainings, and engagement sessions with doctors, infection control officers, purchase heads, and hospital staff. Ensure high customer satisfaction through

solution-based selling

and after-sales support. Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to align on business plans and strategies. Stay up-to-date with market dynamics, competitor moves, and regulatory trends. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and compliance records.

Experience

:

8-12 years of sales experience, with 3-5 years in a

regional leadership role

Prior experience in

healthcare, disinfectants, infection control

, or

medical consumables

preferred Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing healthcare accounts
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
