Achieve sales targets through direct sales, distributor partnerships, and institutional accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across core sectors.
Lead and manage a team of Territory Sales Officers/Executives.
Recruit, train, and coach sales staff for high performance.
Conduct joint field visits, technical presentations, and client meetings.
Strengthen and expand distributor and dealer networks.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements
Education
: Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Veterinary Science preferred; MBA/PGDM is a plus.
Experience
:
8-12 years of total sales experience.
3-5 years in a regional leadership or team management role.
Experience in disinfectants, hygiene, pharma, healthcare, or animal health products preferred.
Skills
:
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle technical discussions with medical, veterinary, or institutional clients.
Results-driven, analytical, and adaptable to a fast-paced growth environment.
