- BE (Mechanical/ Production /Industrial) Formal Sales trainings will be an advantage.

Experience - 5-8 years in capital equipment sales robotics and automation selling to auto giants in the south



Job Summary

- Technical sales responsibility, Generating new enquiries. Visit customers to understand needs and give solutions. ? Making techno - commercial offers, follow ups and take it to finalisation of orders. ? Support the company in sales its new sales Initiatives & new product launches

Skills

- The candidate should have skills of understanding the Market characteristics, ? The candidate be able to make Sales strategies and sense probable customers. ? The candidate be presentable with excellent communication skills & a positive attitude. ? Good command on English is important. ? The candidate should have the skills to convert the enquiry into Order by proper pitching of the company with solution offerings addressing the requirements of the customer.

Responsibilities

- isiting customers pan India so as to generate new or, attend enquiries. Developing relationship with customers, visiting site locations to understand the requirements. Develop conceptual ideas / solutions and discuss with customer during the visit. Deliver company presentations and Capabilities ? Making quotations, concept layouts in form of sketch / Auto cad, solution concept as sketch, commercial quotations by gathering costing information. ? Attending negotiations with customers / submit revisions in offer (technical as well as commercial), and convert the enquiries into a purchase order. ? Developing systems & processes to be up to-date with relevant sales data, potential orders / enquiries for near future. Use and update CRM on regular basis. A updated information sheet of visited customers, enquiries, offers, conversions to order etc to be maintained and presented during the weekly /monthly review meeting. Maintaining record in CRM. ? Active participation in exhibitions with stringent follow up of enquiries. Arranging all that is necessary for exhibitions - i.e. allotment of stall by payments, arranging of displays, posters etc, managing erectioning / dismantling of stall. ? Ensure a good pipeline of orders by being on lookout for new projects coming up. ? Looking for new potential customers / markets

Pay: Up to ?1,100,000.00 per year
