A regional manager is responsible for managing a region's operations and employees. They work to meet the company's goals by planning, budgeting, and analyzing market trends. They also lead and motivate teams, and ensure that all locations operate cohesively.

Responsibilities :

Planning: Create and implement sales and marketing strategies

Budgeting: Manage budgets and expenses

Forecasting: Analyze market trends and sales patterns

Training: Train managers and assistant managers

Sales: Set and adjust sales goals, and increase revenue

Relationship building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹56,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
