Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with strong expertise in solar panels and solar power solutions. The role will focus on channel development, institutional sales, and market expansion across Punjab, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategy for solar panels and allied solutions Build, manage, and expand dealer & distributor networks Drive B2B, EPC, rooftop, and institutional solar sales Achieve monthly & annual sales targets and revenue growth Manage channel partners, EPCs, and key accounts Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) Ensure timely collections and credit control in the region
Candidate Profile

Minimum 4+ years of experience in solar panel / solar PV sales Strong understanding of rooftop solar, EPC projects, channel sales Proven experience working in Punjab, Haryana & Uttar Pradesh markets Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-management skills Self-driven with strong regional market connect Willingness to travel extensively
Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Management / Commerce Technical knowledge of solar panels, BOS, inverters & energy solutions is preferred
