Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies for solar products and projects.
- Identify and engage with EPCs, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and deal closures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Manage and mentor the regional sales team.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in solar product/project sales.
- Strong client network in the solar/renewable sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willing to travel across the region.
