We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Hyderabad region for our Safety Screens used in high-rise building construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent relationships with builders, developers, and civil contractors, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Hyderabad region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Manage and grow the existing customer base
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collaterals and promotional materials
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth
- Provide market feedback and insights to the management team
Requirements:
- 10-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
- Experience in selling formwork, tower cranes, building materials, or related products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationships with builders, developers, and civil contractors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.E. Civil / Mechanical preferred
- Knowledge of the Hyderabad market and construction industry
