Job Post: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - Pune

Salary: ₹50,000 - ?60,000 per month

Headquarters / Covering Area: Pune, Nashik, Baramati

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our sales operations in the Pune region. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Cardio-Diabetic segment and proven ability in handling teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives and Area Sales Managers.

Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and stockists.

Strategize and execute marketing & promotional activities in the region.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide business insights.

Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

Must be below 50 years of age

Minimum 2 years of experience as RSM in Pharma company (Regional Sales Manager)

Strong background in Cardio-Diabetic segment

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills

Ability to analyze sales data and build growth strategies
