Roles & Responsibilities
Develop new specifier accounts for long-term business growth
Manage and grow business from existing clients
Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and PMCs
Work closely with channel partners for order closures
Travel across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities for meetings and closures
Conduct technical and commercial presentations
Track competitor activity and market trends
Coordinate with internal teams on products and solutions

Required Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
(Civil / Mechanical / Fire Engineering preferred)
3 - 8 years of experience in techno-commercial sales
Experience in building construction or building materials industry
Skills & Competencies
Specification sales experience
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Stakeholder & account management
Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint proficiency
Ability to handle technical & commercial discussions
