We are hiring experienced, target-driven Regional Sales Executives to drive enrollments for our training programs in four key regions across India. This is a remote role, but you must have a strong track record in sales and be able to independently own the complete sales cycle for your region.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell our training programs to students, freshers, and working professionals in the assigned region through calls, video meetings, and digital channels.
Own the complete sales funnel: lead qualification, counselling, follow-up, negotiation, and closure.
Conduct one-to-one and group counselling sessions/webinars over Zoom/Google Meet for prospective learners and parents.
Build and maintain relationships with college TPOs, coaching centres, and other regional partners to generate steady lead flow.
Plan and execute region-specific online outreach (webinars, WhatsApp campaigns, emailers, social media) to achieve enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and conversions in the CRM.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets for your region.
Share structured feedback from prospects and partners to improve marketing and program offerings.
Required Experience & Eligibility
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in education, training, or edtech.
Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (you may be asked to share proof during the process).
Strong remote selling skills: handling discovery calls, online demos, and objection handling over phone/video.
Excellent spoken and written communication in English plus at least one regional language relevant to your region.
Comfortable working in a performance-driven, remote environment with clear KPIs.
