Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Drive and grow offline sales for

sports nutrition products

-- including whey proteins, mass gainers, and allied supplements -- across

Punjab

. Build and maintain strong relationships with

distributors, gyms, fitness centers, supplement stores, and retailers

. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective

channel and team management

. Expand the

distribution network

across key cities like

Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Patiala, Bathinda

, and surrounding areas. Recruit, train, and lead sales executives to ensure smooth field operations and strong performance. Collaborate with marketing for

product launches, local events, and brand activations

. Monitor

competitor activities, pricing, and new launches

to identify market opportunities. Ensure

timely payment collections

and maintain strong partner relationships. Present

regional performance reports and insights

to management.

Requirements:



5-8 years of experience

in the

sports nutrition industry

(mandatory). Proven success in handling

Punjab territory sales

and achieving revenue goals. Strong network among

gym owners, fitness professionals, distributors, and retailers

in the region. Excellent

leadership, communication, and negotiation

skills. Willingness to

travel extensively

across Punjab.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
