We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell
portable container solutions
used for
living and habitable purposes
such as site accommodation, labour camps, portable offices, security cabins, and modular living units. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers for
portable living containers and modular units
.
Promote products to industries such as construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, oil & gas, mining, and project-based companies.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable container-based solutions.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical details in coordination with the design/engineering team.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders.
Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams for order execution.
Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and CRM data.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, or any relevant discipline
MBA (Sales & Marketing) will be an added advantage
Experience
4+ years of experience.
Experience in
portable cabins, containers, prefab structures, modular buildings, or construction-related products
is highly preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications
Customer-focused with strong follow-up skills
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
