Regional Sales Manager Pharmaceuticals

Key Responsibilities :



Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals

Lead, coach, and motivate sales representatives to achieve targets

Build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies

Monitor competitor activity and market trends

Ensure adherence to ethical marketing practices and regulatory standards

Report sales performance and forecasts to senior management

Qualifications :



Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business (MBA preferred)

7-10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas and drug portfolios

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
