The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding overall sales operations for
domestic and international courier & logistics services
of Countryside Express. The role involves driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, managing regional sales teams, and executing strategic sales plans across assigned territories.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth
Plan and execute regional sales strategies to achieve domestic and international revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities in courier, logistics, and cross-border shipping.
Develop key accounts including exporters, importers, SMEs, franchises, and institutional clients.
Increase market penetration in rural and semi-urban areas aligned with Countryside Express's vision.
International Business Development
Generate and manage international courier business, especially for shipments to/from countries like
Canada, USA, UK, and Australia
.
Coordinate with overseas partners, agents, and logistics networks.
Understand international shipping regulations, customs documentation, and compliance requirements.
Support clients with end-to-end international logistics solutions.
Team & Regional Management
Lead, train, and monitor regional sales executives and channel partners.
Set targets, review performance, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and field visits.
Support franchise partners in driving local sales growth.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with high-value customers and corporate accounts.
Handle escalations related to pricing, service, and delivery issues.
Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.
Recommend improvements in pricing, services, and processes based on market insights.
