Oversee sales operations in a defined geographic region.
Manage and mentor a team of sales executives / area managers.
Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets for the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop regional sales plans and strategies aligned with company goals.
Forecast and track sales performance, report on metrics.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Ensure timely collection of payments, follow ups.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product and logistics) for smooth operations.
Hire, train, evaluate, and motivate sales staff in region.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business, Engineering, etc.).

Proven experience as a
RSM
or in a similar role within the FMCG industry.

0 to5 years of sales experience, including team management.
Experience in handling region / large territory.
Strong communication, negotiation, leadership skills.
Ability to travel as required.
Preferred
Experience in the specific product category or industry.
Good knowledge of market dynamics in that region.
