To lead and manage sales operations for the assigned region, driving revenue, expanding customer base, and ensuring strong market presence for diagnostic services. The RSM will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Sales Managers and Executives, ensuring business growth, client satisfaction, and compliance with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic regional sales plans aligned with business goals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead and manage a team of TSMs and Sales Executives across multiple locations.
Identify new business opportunities, including hospitals, clinics, labs, corporate clients, and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, institutions, and stakeholders.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present region-wise updates to management.
Ensure compliance with pricing, credit policies, and regulatory requirements.
Drive awareness initiatives, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
