We have subject opening at Delhi for our VRLA and Tubular Gel Solar Inverter batteries division.
Objectives of this role
Handle sales of our Solar Inverter Industrial batteries in assigned territory
Develop Channel / OEM / PSU
Achieve Sales Targets set for the region - monthly.
Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships. Responsibilities
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's regional reach
Appoint, train, motivate and advise channel partners/ OEMs and coach them
Ensure that company sales targets are met every month by holding daily/weekly and monthly reviews with above channel and to brief leadership about the progress regularly.
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes with due diligence.
Required skills and qualifications
8+ years of experience in Solar Inverter battery sales/marketing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Superb leadership ability
