Manage EV's sales operations, dealer relationships, and lead teams (CSE + FSE) in the assigned region to achieve sales, service, and satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise state-wise FSE and CSE teams for both dealer acquisition and sales follow-up.
Ensure CRM follow-up from lead to customer conversion.
Conduct regular visits to dealers for performance reviews and support.
Liaise with backend and logistics for timely order fulfillment and invoicing.
Ensure post-sales activities like showroom setup, branding, and launch.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in automotive regional/channel sales
Experience in EV or two/three-wheeler industry preferred
.
Strong knowledge of the region's dealer ecosystem.
CRM software familiarity.
Proficiency in team leadership and coordination.
Willingness to travel extensively.
