Sr. Sales Manager - Electrical Products (B2B Field Sales)
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Sales Manager
to drive B2B sales of our comprehensive range of
Electrical Products
within the Delhi NCR region. This is a
field-intensive role
requiring strong hunting skills, a proven track record in the electrical goods industry, and the ability to manage and grow key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with
Electrical, Mechanical, and Trading (EMT)
clients, including contractors, distributors, builders, and large industrial accounts.
Conduct regular site visits and client meetings (field sales) across the
Delhi NCR
area.
Account Management & Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Gather market intelligence, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to the management team.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Must have deep knowledge of the electrical product landscape and a strong network within the Delhi NCR electrical trade and project segments.
Gender Preference:

Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex sales cycles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
