We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage the Mumbai branch. The role involves driving revenue growth, building sales and technical teams, and selling IT data security and backup solutions to corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall operations and profitability of the Mumbai branch
Build, lead, and mentor sales and technical teams
Identify and close SMB and Enterprise-level deals
Drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, customers, and internal teams
Handle key corporate accounts and client meetings
Promote and sell data security and data backup solutions
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
In-depth knowledge of IT Security solutions including Endpoint Security, Networking, Data Security, DLP, NGFW, MDM, Helpdesk, Asset Management
Experience in backup solutions such as server, desktop/laptop backup, and replication
Eligibility & Experience
Minimum
5 years of experience
selling data security or data backup solutions
Experience working with reseller organizations is mandatory
Minimum
3 years of team handling experience
Proven experience in corporate sales within Mumbai
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Salary:
Up to
?1,50,000 per month
+ variable pay on achieving targets
