Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
Manage, guide, and motivate Area Sales Managers (ASM) and sales executives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations of the team.
Ensure effective distribution, visibility, and availability of products in the region.
Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales.
Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports and share insights with senior management.
Support recruitment, training, and development of the sales team.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5-10 years of proven sales experience, including managerial roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in negotiation and relationship-building.
Willingness to travel across the region.
