Supervise and guide Branch/Area Managers within the assigned region.
Set performance goals and ensure teams achieve sales, operational, and service targets.
Conduct regular team reviews, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Ensure discipline, company policies, and standard procedures are followed across all locations.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and expansion areas.
Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions.
Monitor daily operations of all units/branches under the region.
Ensure high productivity, quality standards, and compliance with SOPs.
Resolve operational bottlenecks and support managers in improving efficiency.
Prepare and manage regional budgets and cost plans.
Track expenses and ensure cost control within approved limits.
Review financial reports and take necessary corrective actions to meet profitability goals.
