Job Overview:



The Regional Sales Manager (South) will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and growing the sales of SuperBottoms' super soft underwear in the offline market. This role requires a deep understanding of the innerwear industry.

Key Responsibilities:



? Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and achieve revenue targets for SuperBottoms' underwear line in offline clothing trade/undergarments shops channels.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers in the innerwear market.

? Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the innerwear segment to expand SuperBottoms' reach.

? Monitor competitor activity and devise strategies to stay ahead in the market.

? Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the achievement of individual and team sales goals.

? Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning and product offerings.

? Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.

? Conduct field visits to evaluate market presence, customer feedback, and overall sales performance.

Requirements:



? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

? Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the innerwear or apparel industry.

? Proven experience in handling sales in the offline market, specifically for innerwear.

? Strong understanding of the Mumbai market and the regional retail landscape.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

? Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

? Analytical mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and trends.

? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
