Role Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales, managing distributor and retail networks, and ensuring strong brand presence across their assigned region. The role involves strategy execution, team management, market development, and achieving regional targets in the lingerie segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with national goals.

Manage and grow channel partners, distributors, and retail stores in the region.

Ensure consistent brand visibility and merchandising in all POS (Point of Sale).

Lead, train, and motivate area sales managers and field sales representatives.

Track performance metrics, analyze regional trends, and prepare sales forecasts.

Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and customer behavior.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional campaigns and promotions.

Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment.

Handle escalations and maintain strong customer relationships.

Ensure adherence to credit and collection policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing (MBA preferred).

6-8 years of sales experience in the apparel/lingerie/FMCG/retail sector.

Proven regional sales team management experience.

Strong knowledge of regional market dynamics and retail trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Willingness to travel extensively.
