Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving the sales and distribution strategy for North India. This includes onboarding premium retail partners, building a high-performance sales team, achieving sales targets, and positioning the brand as a market leader in the luxury segment.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:- Identify, appoint, and nurture premium channel partners (furnishing stores, interior designers, architects).- Drive store-level branding, merchandising, and experiential zones in partner outlets.Sales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with national targets.- Monitor primary and secondary sales performance and take corrective actions.- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Team Management:- Hire, train, and manage Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.- Conduct regular reviews and market visits to monitor performance and provide field support.Brand Building:- Work closely with marketing for regional activation, events, influencer tie-ups, and high-ticket client engagement.- Ensure a luxury brand experience across all customer touchpoints.Stakeholder Coordination:- Collaborate with the HO teams for product feedback, warranty support, and CRM.- Represent regional voice in strategic business discussions.Key Requirements:- 12-15 years of relevant experience in premium mattress, home furnishing, luxury lifestyle, or consumer durables.- Proven track record in setting up and managing a regional sales network.- Strong relationships with premium retail outlets and interior designer ecosystem.- Experience in building a high-performance team from scratch.- Strong business acumen with a customer-centric approach.- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.Preferred Qualifications:MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institute.Exposure to luxury or high-ticket item sales is a strong advantage.Experience in launching new brands/products will be a plus.Reporting To: National Sales Head / Business HeadLocation Advantage: Gurgaon-based role with coverage across Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, UP, and Rajasthan.
