Job Summary
We are looking for a
male candidate
to handle sales operations for a specific region in India. The role involves managing sales leads, driving revenue growth, and ensuring smooth coordination between cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional sales operations to achieve revenue and market-share targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies, including channel partner management and dealer network expansion.
Guide and motivate the regional sales team to meet assigned targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, builders, and government bodies.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to drive sales growth.
Coordinate with service, production, and logistics teams for efficient order execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales MIS, forecasting, collections, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Requisite Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Hands-on experience with MS Office and internet tools.
Desired Skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Fluency in English with strong verbal & written communication.
Willingness to travel.
