Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location:- Ludhiana & Chennai
Experience:- 2W tyre industry experience
Immediate joiners are welcome

1)Must have the managerial quality to manage a team size of 4-6 people
2)Must have leadership quality
3)Should have relevant experience for atleast 5 to 6 years
4)Able to travel in his territory to give support to his subordinates.
5)Should be able to delivers his KRA
6)Identify the opportunities and covert them into goals
7)Should be able to forecast about market conditions and product
8)Should be able to tarin and motivates his subordinates
9)Reporting competitor activities and understand its impact
10)Frame and execute policies for benefits of the organization.
11)Identify the weakness and convert them into strength
12)Should have proficiency in excel, words and ppt.
