Target Achievement: Take ownership of achieving targets, both in terms of premium and NAAC (New Annualized Premium Equivalent), contributing significantly to the company\'s overall growth. 2. Process Optimization: Ensure the smooth functioning of sales and other operational processes, with the aim of maximizing business potential and efficiency. 3. Expense Management: Develop a keen understanding of the necessity of expenses. Secure commitments from the channel before allocating budgets. Maintain a comprehensive expense tracker organized by Sales Managers. 4. Resource Allocation: Ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time, optimizing resource allocation to maximize productivity. 5. Business Acquisition Strategy: Implement the most effective methods of business acquisition to achieve a profitable mix for the organization. 6. Persistency Management: Maintain persistency targets in line with company norms, ensuring that renewals occur promptly. 7. Lead Generation and Support: Collaborate in generating leads centrally and plan activities to explore innovative methods of lead prospect generation. 8. Team Leadership and Training: Provide mentorship, supervision, and coaching to the team members. Offer on-the-job and classroom training opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities. These responsibilities encompass strategic leadership, target-oriented approaches, process optimization, expense management, resource allocation, persistency management, lead generation, and talent development.
