We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our expansion in the Kerala region, specifically targeting industrial clients, electrical contractors, and project consultants.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven

Regional Sales Manager

with 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in Electrical/Construction materials) to drive business growth in Kochi and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of electrical consultants and 'A' grade contractors and the ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development:

Identify and generate new leads among industrial factories, construction projects, and electrical contractors in the Kerala region.

Sales Management:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for earthing electrodes, compounds, and lightning protection systems.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Electrical Engineers, Architects, and Consultants) to ensure repeat business.

Technical Consultation:

Conduct site visits and technical presentations to demonstrate the superiority of Perfect Earthing products over competitors.

Market Analysis:

Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the Kerala region to adjust sales strategies effectively.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline forecasts for the management team.

Requirements:



Experience:

Minimum 7 - 10 years of proven experience in B2B Sales / Field Sales. Experience in the Electrical, Construction, or Industrial supply industry is highly preferred.*

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Electrical Engineering (Nice to Have).

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in

Malayalam and English

. Strong networking skills with local electrical associations and contractors. Ability to work independently and manage the entire sales cycle.

Mobility:

Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
