About the Company

We are a leading Automation group specializing in Smart Home Automation, Entrance Automation, Digital Door Locks, and Smart Security Solutions, serving both B2B and B2C segments with a strong dealer network and a loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for overall sales & business development in the assigned region

Manage both B2B dealer network and B2C direct customers

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Identify new dealers, system integrators, and channel partners

Conduct product presentations, site visits & client meetings

Maintain strong CRM follow-up for leads, quotations & closures

Coordinate with technical/service team for smooth installation & after-sales support

Monitor market trends, competitor activities & pricing strategies

Build and train the sales team within the region when required

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
