Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify and onboard channel partners, dealers, and institutional clients.
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives and ensure performance tracking.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with project and technical teams for smooth delivery and installations.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and projections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in B2B or channel sales, preferably in the solar industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local geography and customer base is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
