Sales Manager

to lead and expand our sales team across multiple locations in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:



Build, develop, and manage a team of sales professionals. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry. Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. Travel within Kerala for client meetings, business development, and team management.

Requirements:



Education:

Graduate in any discipline .

Experience:

Minimum

10 years

of sales experience with proven team-handling skills. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under targets and drive business growth. Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
