Regional Sales Manager (Kitchen Appliances) Responsible for driving sales and growth within a specific geographical region. Identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers and distributors, and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets. Also be involved in developing and supervising marketing activities within the region. Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the designated region. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors. - Implement regional sales strategies and plans to achieve targets. - Develop and supervise ATL and BTL marketing activities within the region. - Develop and maintain a strong dealer network, ensuring they are supported and motivated. - Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Provide training and support to sales teams and distributors. - Provide regular reports to the Sales Director or relevant management. Qualification And Experience:1. MBA with 10-15 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in kitchen appliances or related industries. Understanding of kitchen equipment, operations, and challenges faced by chefs is beneficial. 2. Ability to work independently, a strong work ethic, and a results-oriented attitude. 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors. 4. Ability to identify and resolve sales-related issues and challenges. 5.
