Purpose of Position:



Business Development for Building & Infrastructure Business Line (Non-Lab)



Major Responsibilities



Business Development for all product portfolio for Construction

& In-service Verification Business Lines (Products: Geotech, Design Review, QA/QC/PMC, NDT-RR, HSE Audits & Training)

New sales in Railway, QHSE & other civil products

Co-ordinate with Sales and Area Sales Manager of their respective regions for follow-up on leads, proposals issued, contracts, etc.

Contract acknowledgement & ensure Contract No. generated Focus more on Private Clients within South India region Co-ordinate with other area offices Keep track of offers submitted till its final outcome Maintain Sales Force Opportunity 3 times of your Budgeted Target and need to review as proposal submitted to Closed Won/Lost in timely manner Updating all opportunities, Offers/Contract Reviews format, Sales Factor format & FLEX No. opening, in Sales Force

Roles & Responsibilities for HSE



Responsible for compliances of all applicable statutory laws and regulations as well as Group HSE policies and procedures etc. in relation to Health safety and environment and workmen employment Responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the HSE Management System (in line with ISO14001:2015 & ISO 45001 standards) within his/her Region/Location/Team Responsible to take reasonable care on health and safety at their own, colleagues and others working surroundings Responsible to report promptly to immediate superior on any abnormalities and incidents found related to Health Safety and Environment

Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)



Meeting the Sales Budget South India Region

Client relationship - Retention and Growth Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies, procedures Internal and external customer service satisfaction (e.g. number of complaints) Ensure from Operation team, once the work executed and they have to collect the Work Completion Certificates

Qualification and Experience



Any Graduate,

(Civil Engineering - add advantage)

with 15-20 years of experience in Sales / Marketing in the relevant industry MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage
